Refund & Returns Policy.

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Return window: you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear.

Faulty or incorrect items: if an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return cost and will replace it or refund you in full.

Change of mind: for general returns, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to reflect.
