Shipping & Delivery.

We deliver across South Africa using PAXI store-to-store, so you can collect your order from a PEP or partner store near you.

Delivery time: orders are delivered via PAXI Express, typically within 3 to 5 business days once payment has cleared.

Processing: EFT orders are dispatched once your proof of payment is confirmed. Card orders are dispatched once payment is approved.

Collection: you will choose your nearest PAXI collection point at checkout, and PAXI will notify you when your parcel is ready to collect. Please bring your ID and collection code.

Tracking: a PAXI tracking number is provided once your order ships.
